support
for children and young people
following bereavement or loss
-
Has someone in your family or a good friend died?
- Have
your parents split up and one of them gone to live somewhere
else?
When
these things happen it can be hard to cope with all the changes
and we may feel:
Maybe
it would be good to have someone to talk to who could help you
to understand and cope.
At
Butterflies
our Support Workers have listened to lots of children and young
people who needed their help to deal with all these things.
They
can help you to sort out your feelings through activities such
as drawing, writing, making memory jars and finding ways to
get through difficult times.
A grown up can come with you and get support too if they need
it.
